Recruitment process
Every department follows the same three stages.
Only successful candidates move on to the next one.
Application review
We review your submitted form — Discord and Roblox usernames, self-introduction, availability, and motivation. A sincere, detailed self-introduction is the key.
Q&A interview
A Q&A evaluating how you handle real in-flight situations. Passenger service, knowledge of the rules, and your service mindset are scored on a points system.
Final & practical
An in-game practical exam confirms you can do the job — equipment handling, uniform standards, and flight procedures decide the final result.
Every applicant receives a unique interview management code. Results for each stage are tracked with this code — look yours up in Result Check below.

Cabin Crew
객실승무부You greet passengers on board and see them off at the end. At our size you come to recognise regulars, so how you treat them is the impression SKYHEX leaves.

Interview rules
- Never use enforcement commands on passengers during flights — kindness always comes first.
- Use polite, grammatically correct chat at all times.
- If you are not selected, do not complain to the Discord server managers. Re-apply and try again instead.
- Do not share interview questions or proceedings outside the interview.

Frequently asked questions
How do I check my interview results?
Results are announced individually via Discord after each stage, and you can also look yourself up in Result Check on this page using your interview management code.
Can I re-apply if I fail?
Yes. Work on the areas that fell short last time and try again. Note that complaining about a rejection may lead to sanctions.
Can I hold jobs at other airlines at the same time?
Staff roles (Cabin Crew, Flight Deck, Ground Crew, Airport Staff) have no multi-job limit. Executives may hold up to 5 positions including SKYHEX, and Directors up to 2.
Is voice chat required?
Voice chat is recommended during flights, and you state your availability when applying. You can still apply without it, but it may affect evaluation for some roles.
Can I apply without experience?
Yes. Experience at other airlines is only a reference, not a requirement. A passionate self-introduction and sincere Q&A answers are more than enough.
What if my Korean isn't fluent?
SKYHEX is an international community — applications are accepted in both Korean and English, and many staff work in English. State your language levels honestly in the form.
